The property, of Pombaline origin, is located in the historic area of the parish of Misericórdia. This project aims to carry out interior alterations with the purpose of creating 17 residential units. Due to its age, the building will benefit from structural reinforcement between floors 0 and 3, as well as the construction of a new structure on floor 4 and on the roof.
