The intervention at Quinta dos Medronheiros stands out as one of the largest currently under development in the municipality of Almada. The development, comprising 26 plotswas designed to preserve the urban logic of a consolidated street frontage, maintaining four-storey buildings along this alignment. From this point, and following the slope of the land, the construction gradually increases in height, culminating in a 21-storeybuilding, the tallest in the complex.
