We are strengthening our team and are looking for a Site Foreman to join a solid, growing group with challenging projects.
Responsibilities
Strong communication, coordination and team management skills;
Identify and manage resource requirements;
Meet and ensure compliance with the defined objectives;
Manage and/or carry out site setting-out, ensuring proper execution;
Ensure effective site management;
Monitor the quality and quantity of work carried out by in-house teams and subcontractors;
Ensure compliance with Quality and Health & Safety rules.
Skills
Proven experience in civil construction works;
Good knowledge of the different areas of civil construction, materials and construction techniques;
A dynamic profile, based on precision, initiative, honesty and trust;
Leadership spirit, good autonomy and the ability to plan, organise and work as part of a team.
