We are strengthening our team and are looking for a Senior Architect to join a solid, growing group with challenging projects.
Responsibilities
Technical and creative coordination of architectural projects;
Supervision of internal and external teams, including engineering, specialist disciplines and suppliers;
Support in the design and development of creative project solutions;
Assistance with coordination and technical detailing;
Control of deadlines, costs, quality and fulfilment of client objectives.
Skills
Degree in Architecture;
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in equivalent roles;
Experience in coordinating specialist design projects;
Strong command of planning legislation, licensing and administrative procedures;
Solid knowledge of construction systems, materials, detailing, sustainability and execution feasibility;
Ability to develop ideas by articulating form, function, context and meaning;
Integration of energy efficiency, environmental sustainability and climate adaptation principles into proposals;
Ability to express and defend ideas through drawings, models and 3D presentations;
Organisation, proactivity and attention to detail;
Good communication and teamwork skills.
