Refurbishment of a Pombaline building in Alfama, including reinforcement of the timber structures, requalification of walls, ceilings, and floors, installation of new electrical, ITED, water, sewage, and ventilation networks, as well as the implementation of a fire detection system. The works also include the requalification of the existing roof and gutters, application of new finishes, painting, and the construction of new bathrooms and kitchens.
