As a result of the parameters defined by the subdivision's regulations, the house began to be designed in the middle of the plot from a volume that would later be deconstructed until it was materialized in 3 distinct bodies that stabilized it and ensured that pedestrian and road access was carried out with the greatest comfort and integration.

The unbuilt emptiness of the plot, and the private spaces adjacent to the house, will assume the type of living in dialogue with the result of the volumetry and its orientation.
