We are reinforcing the SomaFuture team - Sales.

We are a are a focused on the development and transformation of real estate assets.

We operate in the areas Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, 3D Visualisation, Corporate Services, Insurance Mediation and Condominium Management.

 

Responsabilities:

  • Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities.
  • Develop solid relationships with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders.
  • Presenting our services and construction solutions in a persuasive way.
  • Supporting the preparation of competitive and personalised commercial proposals.
  • Monitoring the entire sales cycle, from the first contact to closing the deal.
  • Monitoring market trends and competition.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the construction sector.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Technical knowledge of construction-related products and services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
