We are reinforcing the team at SomaFuture - Site Preparer.

We are a multidisciplinary group focused on the development and transformation of real estate assets.

We operate in the areas of Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, 3D Visualization, Corporate Services, Insurance Mediation and Condominium Management.

 

Responsabilities:

  • Study, analysis, interpretation and development of projects/works (drawings, specifications and constructive solutions);
  • Measurements and Quantities Maps;
  • Technical Assistance to Production;
  • Technical Assistance to the Commercial Department;
  • Surveys and Measurements (Qualification and Quantification).

 

Requirements:

  • 4 years of proven work experience;
  • Excellent knowledge of Autocad and Microsoft Office;
  • Punctual, dynamic, insightful and ability to work in a team;
  • Critical (constructive) and analysis spirit.
