We are a are a multidisciplinary group focused on a global and complementary experience. We operate in the areas of Architecture, Construction, Real Estate, 3D Visualisation, Corporate Services, Insurance Mediation and Condominium Management.
Responsabilities
- Administrative and logistical support for site staff;
- Recording and controlling employees' attendance and working hours;
- Collecting and sending the information needed to process salaries;
- Managing the general administration of the site;
- Administrative management of materials and equipment needed on site;
- Checking and confirming purchasing documents and receiving, storing, managing and maintaining equipment and materials;
Skills
- Minimum 12th year of schooling;
- Expertise in Office;
- Minimum 2 years' professional experience in the position;
- Ability to plan and organise;
- Experience in SAP (Preferred)
