Condominium Manager

We are strengthening the SomaFuture team - Condominium Manager.

We are a are a multidisciplinary group focused on a global and complementary experience. We operate in the areas of Architecture, Construction, Real Estate, 3D Visualisation, Corporate Services, Insurance Mediation and Condominium Management.

 

Responsabilities

• Manage and administer the condominiums in accordance with the brand's values and principles;
• Planning, organising and controlling the condominium;
• Calling and holding condominium meetings and drawing up the respective minutes;
• Drawing up the income and expenditure budget for each financial year;
• Identifying and resolving condominium situations.

 

Requirements:

• 12th grade and/or university degree;
• Experience in the condominium/management/financial area;
• Dynamism and a love of customer contact;
• Availability to fulfil the role;
• A sense of responsibility and dynamism.

 

Skills

• 2 years of professional experience;
• Immediate availability (preferential).
