We are strengthening the SomaFuture team - Condominium Manager.
We are a are a multidisciplinary group focused on a global and complementary experience. We operate in the areas of Architecture, Construction, Real Estate, 3D Visualisation, Corporate Services, Insurance Mediation and Condominium Management.
Responsabilities
- Manage and administer the condominiums in accordance with the brand's values and principles;
- Planning, organising and controlling the condominium;
- Calling and holding condominium meetings and drawing up the respective minutes;
- Drawing up the income and expenditure budget for each financial year;
- Identifying and resolving condominium situations.
Requirements:
- 12th grade and/or university degree;
- Experience in the condominium/management/financial area;
- Dynamism and a love of customer contact;
- Availability to fulfil the role;
- A sense of responsibility and dynamism.
Skills
- 2 years of professional experience;
- Immediate availability (preferential).
